.You will be responsible for the operations of secure and highly available Network & Communications infrastructure that support the SBFE business, with support and guidance from the global infrastructure team.The Infrastructure Analyst will install, maintain, upgrade and continuously improve the infrastructure operating environment he is responsible for.This includes monitoring the operating environments, responding to incidents, problems, managing changes, planning for growth of our infrastructure.YOUR ROLEIn your role you will maintain the operational infrastructure, supporting the SBFE business, to ensure reliable, secure and stable systems and platforms.You will work collaboratively and under guidance of the SBFE regional and global infrastructure teams to establish an IT environment following regional policies, processes and strategies.You will work constructively with the IT support teams, IT business partners and external technology vendors to support incidents, problems and changes, whilst respecting service levels.You will need to be available to support and work onsite at any SBFE site.Responsibilities include:Management of SBFE infrastructure, such as:Management and replication of clusters on Hyper-VManagement of DatabasesConfiguration of network switches and portsManagement of Cisco networking and routingMonitoring and management of servers (disk space, storage, CPU, backups)Patching using SCCM for updates and securityRecommending enhancements and changes to improve system availability, reliability and performanceExecution of regional infrastructure strategies and policies on locally maintained infrastructureDocumentation of technical procedures and troubleshooting knowledge to ensure a stable and scalable environment including end user services and computing documentationSupport on Central Network & Communications to TI lead (SI2)Hands-on onsite support to other TI areas such as networking.Enablement of SBFE business needs, such as:Participation in short- and long-term projects led by IT and non-IT business functions as a technology enabler to capture requirements and actionsDiagnosing and resolving complex service, hardware, software and connectivity problems with support from the technology vendors and regional infrastructure teamREQUIREMENTSTypical Background:Bachelor's degree or technical institute degree/certification or equivalent work experienceStrong knowledge and experience with multiple infrastructure systems and solutions, such as Hyper-V, Veeam, Altaro, MS Windows OS, Cisco, Fortinet, PaloAltoRelevant certification preferred (A+, N+, MCSE, Cisco qualification)Competencies:Fluent in EnglishInfrastructure support experience, min
