To meet this demand, we are looking for passionate technologists to join our Solutions Assurance Team based in Barcelona, as a part of our growing Industry Solutions Team (IST), a remote/flexible, globally-dispersed team.
Our objective is to align MongoDB as an optimized platform for AI solutions, and ensure we understand enterprise clients and their needs to drive modernization through artificial intelligence.
This role includes understanding the customer security requirements, documenting and communicating best practices while working with our business partners on validating the integration of their software components with the MongoDB ecosystem.

What you do at MongoDBBecome a subject matter expert in integrating MongoDB Atlas and MongoDB Enterprise Advanced with third-party IAM technologies solutions like HashiCorp, Imperva, Okta, and BigIDDesign and implement robust MongoDB architectures, ensuring compliance with security standards such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and NIST 800-53Collaborate with our integration partners to document and test security and backup integrations, providing detailed documentation and best practices for seamless implementationSupport enterprise customers in risk assessments by ensuring their MongoDB environments are securely integrated with third-party toolsPartner with the Industry Solutions team to provide customized integration solutions and technical presentations for accounts ranging from startups to large enterprisesAct as an internal and external expert on third-party integrations (not as technical support), guiding field teams and other departments with integration-specific knowledgeProactively contribute to the team by mentoring others, sharing best practices, and driving improvements in integration processesAs an ideal candidate, you will haveAt least 5 years of relevant work experience in the tech sector, or relevant technical experience in other sectorsAbility and willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new industriesExperience in product security, AI security, machine learning security, or IT security.Familiarity with security standards and regulations relevant to AI and data privacy (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, FISMA, NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 27701, EU AI Act, CMMC, PDPA, PIPL)Strong understanding of data technologies and their potential vulnerabilitiesA balance of technical knowledge as well as communication/presentation skillsA foundational knowledge of data, data science, data analytics, and/or data engineeringA diverse experience or interest to context switch between different environments and requirements, e.g.
