Industrialization Engineer

The Industrialization Engineer will be responsible for coordinating the different optimization initiatives across functions. You will be directly implementing new work methodologies to drive standardization, efficiency and achieve EHS and Quality improvements. Y ou will act as linking pin between Manufacturing, Product Development and Sourcing and work closely with assembly subcontractors to ensure robust and consistent application of AEG PS specifications and standards.Execute the Industrialization activities to ensure Design for manufacturing principles are applied for all products within the mandate as defined by the Global Industrialization Leader.Implement plant layouts, material flow and standard manufacturing lines per product range and harmonize manufacturing tools.Define standard operating procedures and work instructions; define relevant KPI's and benchmark across the group.Conduct efficiency- and productivity analyses of standard work.Participate in new product developments to ensure implementation of design to manufacturing principles.Interact with assembly subcontractors to implement standardized principles, improve their efficiency and ultimately lower AEG PS costs.Must be Electrical Engineer.3-5 years technical experience in industrialization/process engineering, writing manufacturing work instructions, line balancing, etc. preferably in an international environment.A deep understand of product technologies and manufacturing processes.#J-18808-Ljbffr
