An opportunity for an Industrial Services Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid).
RESPONSIBILITIESIn this position, you will work for the manufacturing and delivery of our Military Aircrafts: A330 MRTT, A400M, EFA, and MRO classic. This is one of the most challenging projects within Airbus Defence and Space.
Our organization, INDUSTRIAL SERVICES, is responsible for managing all Industrial Means and external Industrial services. This comprises:
Industrial asset management & MaintenanceTool center management and industrial suppliesOutsourced Industrial services: Jet fuel supply, work wear, aerial platforms, Ground Support Equipment, PPE, etc.Industrial Organization: KAIZEN development, CAPEX acquisition, workshop empowerment, etc.We are looking for a highly motivated individual willing to engage in this project. We require creativity, a focus on delivery attitude, teamwork as a way of working, deep analysis capacity, planning and organization ability, flexibility, and a healthy sense of humor.
You will be involved with the Production teams, learning, solving difficulties, feeling useful, and being part of something important.
Among others, you will be responsible for:
Defining, specifying, implementing, and supporting industrial means according to customer requirements and ergonomics standards.Managing and monitoring contractual relationships with suppliers to ensure delivery on time, on cost, and on quality with relevant supply chain organization.Supporting manufacturing feedback for continuous improvement, Kaizen, PPS.SKILLSEngineering degree.
At least 5 years of experience in the industrial sector, working in related areas such as project management, industrial maintenance, continuous improvement, contractual management, or production processes.
Advanced level in English.
Advanced level in Spanish.
Highly motivated to engage in this project.
