Industrial Quality Sr. Manager

We are looking for an Industrial Quality Manager to reinforce quality organization by managing a team of 15 people and helping to set up new processes, anticipate risks in production, reducing the number of quality issues, solving issues in production.
Your role will be:
Ensure the quality of raw material ( leather, metalic pieces, textiles…) and finish products for leather good, small leather goods and accessories internally and externally with our network of vendors.
Be in charge to respect the luxury quality required per Loewe and reduce at minimum custumer complains
Develop competences quality internally and in our network of vendors
Align and impove quality in all our production internally and externally
What is important for the role:
Strong experience in Quality and (continuous improvement) between 15 and 20 years
Experience in Leather Goods would be a big plus
Thought leader
Competences in Project Management
Good knowledge of Quality methods
