Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (production, special processes), perform inspections, checks, tests, and sampling procedures according to the applicable instructions on products ready for delivery and on products during their manufacturing process according to Control Plan per Project and internal procedures (highlighting fitting processes).
You'll specifically take care of recording associated NCRs, results, and KPIs, while also leading the continuous improvement and the prevention of Quality defects in order to obtain more efficiency and strive for excellence in the fitting workshop.
We'll look to you for:

Ensure the Quality of produced products and encourage, promote, and facilitate the proper criteria to Production.
Perform Fitting inspections in the process and also in finished ALSTOM products according to well-defined criteria using internal and international standards.
Contribute to site improvement actions and programs related to the IQ scope.
Functionally manage the team of verifiers of the Workshop.
Report KPIs, defects, and quality incidents of the Workshop.
Accept or reject products as defined in the working instructions.
Accurately document NCR and results of the inspections and testing, to launch the expected reaction on the supplier side and Alstom teams (QRQC, Quality wall).
Lead activities to develop continuous improvement and prevention actions to increase the level of quality performance in the Fittings Workshop (QRQC, RR, Pareto...).
Deploy the self-control audit plan efficiently.
Maintain all controlled document files and test records in a timely and accurate manner.
Control the correct calibration of critical equipment and instrumentation used in inspections.
Lead the Control Plan edition, ensuring all characteristics in the Control Plan are deployed in the manufacturing processes.
Assist in writing and updating inspection procedures, protocols, and checklists.
Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action.
Work with industrial teams to alert on risks of missing parts due to defects.

Escalate anomalies detected on production lines and ensure their effective treatment (QRQC tool).
Support manufacturing teams regarding self-inspection.
Deploy the APSYS roadmap to meet Quality requirements (Quality Animation, Self-inspection, Defects management...).
