During this short span of time, they have managed to generate 1.5 M Euros in monthly revenue, and are only growing from here.Industry : E-commerce Supply ChainWhat to expect As the Engineering Manager, you can expect to work with the 2 scrum teams tasked with the delivery of innovative features and technology to help the customers using their platform. You will work directly with the Head of Engineering, managing a diverse team of global remote professionals. You will focus on delivering a great innovative product for our customers, leading architectural and technical decisions with its evolution. You will also work closely with the team, helping others to work efficiently, constantly experimenting with new ideas, and optimizing existing ones. As well as traditional elements of a Software Engineering Manager (working on the culture of the team, improving processes, 1-to-1s, career development with a focus on quality). Your key stakeholders will be the Product and Data Science teams.
