We are seeking an Investment Director Engineer for infrastructure, machinery, and innovation projects for a large international group with 12 major factories.

Position: Industrial Project Manager Engineer

Preferably based in Madrid, with the possibility to reside in any city in Spain. The role requires travel to factories (60% of the time) and remote work from home (40%).

Tareas

Design, plan, and actively participate in the preparation and definition of projects to carry out necessary interventions.

Conduct market and supplier research to analyze the best proposals related to the investment plan.

Participate in negotiation plans to support the decision-making process, ensuring compliance with the defined budget.

Coordinate internal and external project implementation in various areas to ensure successful project delivery.

Requisitos

University degree in Engineering.

Ideally, experience in the glass industry.

Skills in technical drawing interpretation.

Availability to travel (60% of the time).

Preferably experience in a multinational environment.

Teamwork competencies.

Ability to influence teams that will work under your operational responsibility.

Strong digital skills and continuous improvement orientation.

Fluent in English.
