Currently, we are looking for our new Indirect Purchasing & General Services Coordinator, who will report to the Finance Director and manage the supplier bidding process, coordinate the supplies and maintenance of the Central Office, and lead the relationship with different travel service providers.
Main Responsibilities: Lead the supplier bidding process, ensure compliance, and accompany the internal teams in the correct fulfillment of the process.Commercial and administrative management of vehicle rental, parking, and fine management at IBERIA level.Lead business negotiations with accommodation service providers such as hotels, and transportation service providers such as airlines and train lines to achieve the best service while continuously optimizing conditions.Coordinate the management of Insurance.Management of the Head Office Services.Requirements: 3 years of experience in Administration Support, Indirect Purchasing, or similar.English (Intermediate).Office Programs (Intermediate / High).Citric Platform (Desirable).Results Driven and Proactivity.Creation and continuous process improvement.High level of autonomy.Negotiation Skills.Organizational Skills.Detail-oriented.Desirable: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.Able to think strategically and see the big picture while knowing how to execute it tactically.Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with a willingness to work under tight deadlines.Demonstrates excellent project lead abilities and problem-solving skills.
