DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESTake inbound calls from business customers focused on purchase/salesPerform calls to existing customers to develop and acquire new business in addition to call back after support inquiryLog all customer contacts in the CRM systemTrack, manage and report ongoing activity related to sales pipelineCollect relevant information (customer needs, deal qualification) through asking the right questionsREQUIREMENTSProficient or bilingual level of German with an advanced English levelHave one year of related sales experienceHave excellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written) including excellent telephone and presentation skillsWork toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork/collaboration, motivation and time/work prioritizationAbility to demonstrate innovation and good judgment/problem-solving skills when making decisionsCan establish an individual course of action to accomplish goalsOFFERExcellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performanceA dynamic and creative team with positive and friendly atmosphereGuidance and tools to reach your full potentialIndefinido contractRelocation supportFull time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 18:00Great office location in BarcelonaFull paid training about the company and the project you will be working onCareer development program and specialized courses
