Join the Inbound SDR Team and play an important role in driving Preply B2B success by delivering GMV and growing your skills. Become an expert in the field. Work closely with both Marketing and Sales Teams, get knowledge about different market specifics, learn marketing strategies, face prospects and ignite their love for Language Learning at Preply.
What you'll be doing:Contact interested leads that arrive in our database via marketing efforts and provide them with top customer experience right from the beginning.Identify pain and understand the need of the prospect - Listen actively, ask the right questions, stay curious. Prove why Preply is the right option to prospect's needs and leaving some hunger for the next steps with AE!Prioritize MQLs with the highest buying intent and ICP. Be strategic and fast, map out the account, research DMs, reach out and pitch why they should consider Preply for their Teams.Be mindful and agile in your pitch. You will handle leads from different sources (Demo, Referral leads, LinkedIn).Nurture old leads, climb up the accounts and convert them to SQLs.Have a detailed knowledge of the Preply Enterprise offerings.Provide top notch analysis of each prospect to the sales team, use MEDDIC methodology. Collect and maintain prospect information in the CRM database.Assist with drafting sales pitches, presentations, reference material, social media outreach, and other documents as required.Work closely with the Marketing Team, share insights from the markets, prepare and execute pre and post event outreach, reengage and revive old leads.Represent Preply at events in your region by actively engaging with prospects.Support the Sales team to attain monthly revenue goals by scheduling meetings with inbound leads.Be an important member of the team whose insights matter - one of our core values is Collaboration and we value your inputs to keep perfecting!What you need to succeed:Proficiency in cold calling, email personalization and social selling, and being multi-threaded across different channels.Drive, high organizational skills and time management.Demonstration of strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management at prospective accounts.Empathy, curiosity, attention to detail, business mindset and friendliness.Growth Mindset and Motivation to Raise the Bar.Experience in Outbound and Inbound motion is a plus.Why you'll love it at Preply:An open, collaborative, dynamic and diverse culture.A generous monthly allowance for lessons on Preply.com, Learning & Development budget and time off for your self-development.A competitive financial package with equity, leave allowance and health insurance.Not in Barcelona?
