In-House Lawyer

We are looking for an In-House Lawyer for our Madrid Office reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer.
RequirementsDegree in Law.
At least eight years' experience in corporate legal consultancy.
At least six years of multinational experience is essential.
A high level of English (C1) is essential.
FunctionsContracts for works/Services (reviewing all types of contracts with clients and suppliers).International expansion (managing and monitoring international subsidiaries, corporate, contracts for works/services, regulatory matters, compliance with periodic obligations of subsidiaries).Approval processes with clients (review of applicable legal conditions).
