Position: Swiss German Sales RepresentativeLocation: Valencia, Spain
Employment type: Full-time 39 hours/week
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Take inbound calls from business customers focused on purchase/salesLog all customer contacts in the CRM systemCollect relevant information (customer needs, deal qualification) through asking the right questionsExecute and achieve sales quota and targetsIdentify and qualify prospectsFocus on driving profitability through proactive managementTrack, manage, and report ongoing activity relative to sales pipelineReview level of client satisfaction and escalate issues when necessaryCommunicate client feedback to appropriate parties for follow-up on potential businessRespond and solve incoming customer or partner callsPrepare commercial and technical service proposals and ensure such proposals are technically and commercially soundMake outbound calls to existing customers when requiredREQUIREMENTS:Proficient or bilingual level of Swiss German with an advanced English levelB2B sales experienceExcellent negotiation management and strong communication skills (verbal & written), including excellent telephone and presentation skillsAbility to establish an individual course of action to accomplish goalsOFFER:Excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills and performanceA dynamic and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphereGuidance and tools to reach your full potentialIndefinite contractRelocation supportFull-time 39 hours/week contract: Monday to Friday 8:30 to 17:30Great office location in ValenciaFull paid training about the company and the project you will be working onCareer development program and specialized courses
