Ref.AF August MASS COMMODITIES FUNCTIONS Responsibilities:To manage EMEA REGION in the personal care and cosmetic categories including Revlon Hair Color, Revlon Color Cosmetics, Creme of Nature, Llongueras Flex, and Cutex.To lead innovation projects together with the global marketing team.Drive support to local markets on strategy, activation, and assets requirement.To drive the strategy and growth plans in the EMEA Region.Manage the P&L, including COGS, price strategy, and top-line growth.To elevate and align with global on EMEA priorities.Analysis and understanding of the Nielsen variables including market evolution, prices, promotional activity, and rate of sale.Market performance understanding and insights.Project Management.Co-lead the project development with global marketing.Media Communication.Work with local markets on their media plan and support in the content creation.Requirements:Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines from an accredited institution with at least 5 years of relevant experience as a Brand Manager in the FMCG industry.High level of English.Experience in product development and project management.Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and Nielsen.High analytical and financial skills.Proactive and agile in ways of working.High level of commitment.Autonomous.Leadership skills.Easy to navigate processes and internal systems.The original announcement can be found at Kit Empleo:Job Posting
