Funciones: International company located in the centre of Madrid is looking for a general accountant with a high English level.

Description As a Senior Accountant, you will be part of a team of 6 Accountants who work for other countries and you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Checking and entering purchase invoices Processing financial transactions Booking of rental flows and follow up with the commercial team on outstanding receivables Bookkeeping of various subsidiaries - approximately 10 entities Closing of subsidiaries from A to Z - soft monthly closing and quarterly closings with strict deadlines Communication/coordination with the operational staff in the residencies in Spain in order to register all transactions in a timely and correct manner Preparation of payments Liaison with the compliance responsible for the preparation of the tax return Liaison with the compliance responsible for the preparation (and filing) of VAT return Liaison with the compliance responsible for the preparation of the annual accounts Profile Bachelor or Graduate Accountancy You already have a broad working experience in an accounting function You are fluent in English You can work independently and you know how to get things done and are able to meet deadlines You are communicative and think along proactively You are eager to learn and enthusiastic Job Offer Career opportunities and professional development.
