Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of supply projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetDeveloping project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical and commercial feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocation for the proper execution of the project.Develop a detailed project plan to track progressUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costsMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniquesReport and escalate to management as neededManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksEstablish and maintain relationships with Clients, third parties/vendors and internal teams.Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including project documentation and handover certification.Producing progress reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis for internal and external stakeholdersRequesting and selecting proposals from subcontractors, including contract negotiationsYour profile All right, all right, so I hope you are now aware of what is up for you, what background should you have in order to feel comfortable with this role?

Good educational background, preferably in the fields of science, management or engineeringProven working experience as a project administrator in the renewable sectorSolid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in the renewable market, especially in the suppliers/EPC scope of work.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Spanish mandatory, Chinese is a plus).Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficePMP / PRINCE II certification is a plusWhy us?
