YOUR RESPONSIBILITY: As a Sales Agent, you will convert leads into sales, through building a trusting relationship with customers. You will manage multichannel active interactions to meet your productivity goals in line with Company's objectives. You will also be the first ambassador of Costa, promoting our Brand to create amazing holiday experiences for our Guests!
To join our team: We are looking for individuals who possess a fluent level of German, demonstrating exceptional grammar and spelling skills in both spoken and written communication. Proficiency in English or Spanish is also highly valued. A solid sales background and previous customer-facing experience, particularly in B2B or B2C, will be advantageous. If you have prior experience in multi-channel customer support, strong communication skills, and are achievement and goal-oriented, we encourage you to apply. We value individuals who are motivated self-starters and ready to contribute to our dynamic work environment.
