Here are two essential points about our company:We love volunteering and focus our efforts on helping youths at risk of social marginalization and fighting climate change.We are proud of our diverse and inclusive team, with 50% of high responsibility positions occupied by women.Reporting to the Reserving Manager, your responsibilities will include:Prepare and perform actuarial analyses including loss and premium projections, consultation on actuarial models, or capital modeling under local GAAP, IFRS17, HGB, and Solvency II regulations.Participate in CUP and Planning exercises providing baseline calculations and other insights.Support reserving, portfolio profitability management, reinsurance, and market-facing business units in complex environments and lines of business.Provide consultation and technical expertise on actuarial models and risk issues.Ensure that the claims provisioning processes are appropriately governed in accordance with Group, Regional, and Local regulatory policies.Research best actuarial practices and review/analyze current practices to support senior management in developing and improving processes and systems.Manage the flow and quality of relevant actuarial data to ensure robust output.To fit in, we are looking for someone who:Is an actuary with 3-4 years of experience in non-life reserves and fluent in English.Is an advanced user of Office, SAS, Python, and ResQ.Possesses a proactive attitude, is an enthusiastic learner, team-builder, and goal-oriented.Is used to dealing with deadlines.At Zurich, we love flexibility and offer a hybrid work mode so you can organize your work schedule as you wish.
