About the role This is a unique opportunity to join our trading services as an Operations Manager within our Brokerage Operations team, where you'll play a crucial role in bringing our vision to life.
Your responsibilities will span across transaction reporting, reconciliations, best execution monitoring, and corporate action processing.
What you'll be doing Processing Corporate Actions, managing and overseeing the processing of corporate actions Resolving Reconciliation Breaks using analytical skills and ensuring that our records are accurate and up-to-date Collaborating with various teams across the department to achieve common goals Adding new financial instruments to our platform to meet our clients' changing needs Driving innovation for continuous improvement initiatives Maintaining a daily workflow for smooth and efficient processes What you'll need A 2:1 degree from a top university 2+ years of investment industry experience Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Excellent analytical and organisational skills with strong attention to detail Comfort with ambiguity, requiring analysis and action A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects A skill to break complex problems into smaller ones and enjoy working with data Natural curiosity and a desire to make an impact An interest in the financial industry Nice to have Hands-on coding experience with SQL, Python, or R Compensation range Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.
