You love communicating with other people and are a helpful, friendly person? Then we are looking for you as a SPANISH-speaking Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) for Foundever! Provide excellent customer service for RAISIN.
Start: 14.10.2024 | Location: Berlin-Kreuzberg | Weekly hours: 30 - 40 h
Working hours: Mon - Fri between 08:00 AM and 6:30 PM, no weekends
Salary: 2.152 - 2.402 €/month (Fixed salary 2.152 €/month at 40h/week + performance bonus up to 250 €/month)
Permanent position with: 27 - 30 holiday days (depending on length of service) + special leave for private occasions

Responsibilities:
Advising our Spanish-speaking customers by telephone and e-mail
Solving queries quickly and competently to increase customer satisfaction
Processing and resolving customer complaints
Building relationships with the new and existing customer base
Adhering to the principles and values of our company
Minimum Requirements:
Fluency in Spanish and English (C2-level)
Previous experience in a customer-focused or sales environment; previous contact centre experience is desirable
Demonstrable experience of working within a structured process
The ability to work well as part of a team
Being flexible and open to a new challenge
Willingness to learn and eagerness to learn
Empathetic and socially competent personality
Valid work permit for Germany
Willingness to work in the office in Berlin
