The Key Account Manager will have the responsibility of overseeing the client relationship by utilizing effective communication, resolving issues, and promptly and efficiently addressing requests.
Acting as a crucial liaison between the client and our team, the KAM will be required to develop a comprehensive understanding of the clients, their requirements, and their requests, and effectively convey this information to the team in a clear and efficient manner.
Responsibilities:Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget as per the designated schedules.Manage conflicting demands from clients and the agency to meet project deadlines and budgets.Negotiate contracts and fees with marketing directors and client procurement personnel.Effectively communicate and interpret client needs and requests to the team.Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, feedback, and meeting records.Assist in coordinating internal resources for flawless project execution.Qualifications:Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role such as Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, within an agency environment.Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various organizational levels, including executives and C-level management.Proven track record of delivering client-focused solutions.Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.Provide leadership and inspiration to individuals beyond the core team, including creative teams.Ideally, identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities with both existing and prospective agency clients.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, including strong verbal and written English proficiency.
THIS IS A MUST!Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.Experienced in providing creative/art direction.
