Your Mission: As the Head of Commercial Strategy & Data Management, you will be the driving force behind our transformation, leading a team of Business Developers across multiple regions and a Data Systems team focused on maximizing the potential of our commercial tools and data.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead Commercial Execution: Inspire and coordinate a team of Business Developers in each region to achieve and exceed commercial targets, ensuring flawless execution and planning at every stage.
Act as the strategic bridge between our in-house salesforce and our distributor's team, optimizing collaboration and ensuring that every team member has the tools and resources they need.
Master Data Intelligence: Oversee the Data Systems team to structure, qualify, and streamline commercial data, ensuring its direct impact on e-commerce, CRM, and reporting.
Ensure access to accurate and actionable data, driving strategic decision-making in real-time and maximizing operational efficiency.
Incorporate Innovation with CRM: Leverage your CRM expertise to manage and optimize customer relationships, identifying key opportunities and gaps in the sales process.
Integrate CRM tools that automate and enhance processes, guiding the team toward a smarter and more effective sales strategy.
