About the role: As our Senior Marketing Operations Specialist, your mission is to optimise our marketing efforts to achieve maximum efficiency and output, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices.
Your responsibilities will include: Collaborate Strategically: Act as the bridge between the Marketing, Sales, and Onboarding teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment in strategies and objectives.
Oversee Data: Monitor the quality and integrity of data within Hubspot and other marketing platforms.
Manage Processes: Regularly review and refine marketing processes for optimal efficiency.
Manage Tools: Oversee the use of Hubspot and connected platforms.
Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs for the marketing team.
As our Senior Marketing Operations Specialist, you will have: Multiple years of experience in marketing operations.
Proven expertise in streamlining and enhancing business processes for heightened efficiency, as well as familiarity with scaling and refining processes to fit the evolving needs of a growing organisation.
Strong skills in handling, interpreting, and analysing data, as well as converting insights into tangible, actionable strategies.
Tool proficiency and experience with various marketing tools, especially CRM platforms like Hubspot.
Communication and presentation skills, fostering communication across various departments, ensuring alignment in objectives and strategies, as well as presenting complex projects to leadership teams.
Strategic thinking, demonstrating the ability to envision the broader picture and think several steps ahead.
