We are a small, friendly and supportive community with high aspirations for our students and high expectations of our staff.As the Diploma Coordinator, you will be a member of The Academy School Leadership Team.We will expect the post holder to be an outstanding teacher in either the humanities or English, who can lead by example and has a willingness to innovate. The ideal candidate will have an international outlook and experience of coordinating the IB Diploma Programme or experience as a Head of Sixth Form.
