**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

Como Experto Funcional y Técnico en aplicaciones IT relacionadas con Centro autorizador de tarjetas PAS, PCAS (Autorizaciones), MINIPAS (BIZUM), CONEXIÓN 89 (CAJEROS), SANTANDER CASH (CAJEROS), tu objetivo será Liderar la actividad de resolución dentro mantenimiento de Nível 1 de estas aplicaciones, en el eje de Cards. Necesitamos a alguien como tú para que nos ayude en distintos ámbitos: - Liderar la resolución de Incidencias, Soportes, peticiones, problemas y planes de Calidad.

Carries out the tasks associated with the diagnosis, resolution, certification and roll out of incidences due to software operating errors. Reaches out to other departments to escalate IT incidents if needed. Supports monitoring of Service-Level Agreements to ensure they are met.
