Your primary responsibility will be to guide developers within the private banking sector.
You will work closely with architecture, security and other departments to comprehend client requirements and expectations, manage and enhance the development process, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality, secure software solutions in coordination with other IT and Operations teams.This position demands technical expertise and technical leadership skills to oversee the development and optimization of digital systems.ResponsibilitiesSoftware Development Oversight:Provide technical guidance and expertise to the development team.Hire, coach and train new team members.Ensure the use of best practices and adherence to coding standards and tools.Review and assess software design and architecture to ensure scalability, resilience, security and efficiency.Collaborate with the development team in the development, testing, deployment, and support of the software applications.Ensure product quality and manage technical risks.Team Leadership and Management:Lead a team of software developers, including both employees and consultants, involved in the hiring and training processes.Guide teams from a technology view, interacting with architecture, backend leads, and front-end leads.Assign and prioritize tasks, setting clear objectives for the development team leads.Promote a collaborative and positive work environment, fostering teamwork, system documentation, and best practices sharing
