The role includes supporting and collaborating with different teams (global & local) such as business, BO & IT. The analyst will support customer queries and act as a single point of contact, liaising closely with internal stakeholders to achieve the best outcome for the client. This position ensures a confident state with customers that enhances the perception of Santander clients.
