You will proactively approach talents using various methods such as the internal database, Boolean searches, social media, job boards, recruitment fairs, and industry events. You will build partnering relationships with Hiring Managers to understand the role and responsibilities of the vacancy to be filled and share the latest industry trends, news about competitors, and labor market insights with the business.
