Full-time****THE ROLE AND YOUR IMPACT AT TIER**- Ensure smooth operations for our NextBike bike sharing scheme in the Barcelona metropolitan area that we are running in cooperations with two service partners- Support the local team with running and optimising operations such as positioning of the bikes, rebalancing and maintenance- Being main point of contact and channel between the service leads of two warehouses and the HQ- Together with the warehouse service leads responsible for the daily control of all relevant service activities- Monitoring contract relevant key performance indicators and service level agreements- Placing tickets to report document and monitoring technical tasks and app relatedmodifications and adaptations**YOU'LL FIT GREAT WITH THESE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS**- Passionate about cycling and sustainability- You have already gained experience in an operations environment and with monitoring services and logistics- Organised and structured mentality; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment- You are a team-player, show initiative and commitment- Analytical & data-driven; knowledge of data tools& visualisers (e.G.
