YOUR SCOPE: We are seeking a dynamic and organised Payroll and HR Admin Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll and HR administrative functions for approximately one hundred employees spread across ten countries. This critical role involves precise payroll management, benefits administration, and HR administrative processes while ensuring compliance with local and international regulations. The Payroll and HR Admin Officer will play a key role in supporting and optimising our global operations.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Execute various payroll-related activities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and current legislation within the given deadlines: collect and input variable elements, liaise with payroll providers, check payslips and correct any anomalies, validate salary transfers, and liaise with accounting for the monthly closing.
Manage personnel administration: draft employment contracts and amendments, handle onboarding and offboarding formalities, and manage internship and apprenticeship files.
Conduct legal and regulatory watch (if applicable) to ensure compliance with internal processes.
Administer the HRIS (Lucca) and keep HR data up to date.
Maintain the HR intranet with all information related to payroll, regulations, and employee benefits.
Ensure strict confidentiality of all payroll-related information, including employee salary details and personal data.
WHAT YOU'VE GOT: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment and within a European scope. Service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills (multiple stakeholders). Rigorous and well-organised. Effective communication with executives, managers, and employees at all organisational levels. High sense of confidentiality. Proactive and able to manage emergencies, focused on efficiency and results. Advanced knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.). Motivated and eager to work as part of a team. Good written and spoken English is imperative, French is a plus. Familiarity with Lucca is a plus.
