Hybrid Campaign Specialist In Dutch Market In Barcelona

Key Responsibilities: Oversee and optimize online advertising campaigns to achieve client objectives.

Work closely with clients to gain insight into their business goals and create tailored solutions.

Leverage analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and implement data-driven enhancements.

Meet productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets.

Deliver compelling pitches and proposals over the phone and through email.

Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service.

Requirements: Native or C2-level Dutch with a B2-level proficiency in English.

1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Ability to excel in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.

A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to achieving business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications: A BA/BS degree (an MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).

Strong analytical capabilities and strategic thinking.
