The work: We are expanding the Capability Network Team in Spain and we are looking for experienced Talent Development & Learning professionals to join our Talent & Organization practice. Joining the network of Accenture's Talent & Organization professionals, within the Capability Network, you will get the opportunity to work with more than 300 clients in the Fortune 500 globally across 40+ industries in the areas of Change Management, Learning Management and Human Resources. You'll rely on our methodology and the whole variety of tools to gather organizations' business needs and people expectations to design, develop and deliver high impact interventions and solutions for transformation projects.
Although no two days at Accenture are the same, as a Talent Development & Learning practitioner a typical project might include the below activities:
Supporting people and organizations in adoption of change, new technology or new ways of working by fully understanding both the program and the organization that will need to change around that.Using Responsible Skilling as a mean to enhance workforce transition pathways and reduce potential effects of displacement (by preparing people for the future of work and delivering more effective business outcomes).Being a part of a Training workstream during (large) transformation projects of all types, understanding the end-to-end goal of the to be state and developing the right interventions to help people get there.Developing the perfect E2E training interventions across project phases, sourcing and leveraging the best of our Accenture Methodologies, Assets and Tools.Performing training needs analysis and change impacts assessment and using those outputs to empathize with the impacted stakeholder and provide them with the best training solutions.Developing a Training Strategy, including implementation of digital learning platforms, engaging next generation communications and tailor-made training plans to best meet the requirements of your audience.Measuring progress, impact and effectiveness of training activities and business readiness using Data Driven approaches and storytelling methods.Designing the full Learning Ecosystem and evaluating Learning Experience Platforms and Learning Management Systems to provide the best solutions for clients.Supporting the definition of competency frameworks (mapping, proficiency to job roles) critical skills and behaviors required and progression to achieve effective performance.Helping to design a talent management approach by mapping business future skills and talent needs against current skills and capabilities to define the investments required to fulfill strategic talent objectives.Designing and developing optimal skill assessment framework and tools to assess the baseline skills of the workforce.Assessing, defining and designing initiatives to drive the required organization culture and behaviors that support business strategy. Here's what you need: 3 - 4 years of experience working within international HR/Training departments and/or consulting firms - preferably with experience with HCM suites (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow, Cornerstone on Demand and or LXP/LMS).Experience having supported enterprise-level transformation programs.
