Human Resources Technician

At XTA we are looking for a proactive, responsible, committed person aligned with the company's values who can support the Human Resources department.
The tasks you are going to perform are:
Personnel selection: definition of jobs, search and preselection.Coordination of EHS activities and business activities.Execute training plans, both collective and individual.Development of the company's equality plan.Support for the development of internal policies and procedures related to the field of human resources.Support in Onboarding and Offboarding processes.Preparation of reports and KPI's.Other administrative procedures.We are looking for a dynamic person who supports both HR administrative tasks and recruiting and growing the company's human team.

Minimum RequirementsDegree in labor relations or similar.Experience in the telecommunications sector will be valued.Languages: Catalan and Spanish at native level.
