What you will do: Be the point of contact for HR handling employees in Spain (labor law compliance, contracts, paid and unpaid leaves, documents, etc.).
Be responsible for the daily requests and HR tickets related to the handling personnel. Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and fostering a positive environment. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (seniority documents and categories). Control and update HR databases such as SuccessFactors. Organize and participate in different HR events and meetings. Coordinate between handling employees and the Health and Safety Specialist. What you will need: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal, Human Resources, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in employee relations, especially in the handling sector. Knowledge of employment and Spanish labor law. Proactive, goal-oriented with a positive attitude. Highly motivated with keen attention to detail and proficient written and oral communication skills.
