But above all, and most importantly, we are looking for authentic people with great vibes.At this moment, we are looking for a Junior HR Generalist to join our People department, with a special focus on the markets of France and the Netherlands. If you meet the requirements and would like to revolutionize the world of coffee from a sustainable and positively impactful perspective, we would love to meet you! :)TAREAS A REALIZAR Manage hiring processes, from job postings to selection and hiring of new employees.Prepare employment contracts, welcome documents, and other employment-related paperwork.Daily operational and administrative management of personnel: contract changes, document management, timekeeping, payroll processing, etc.Address workers' labor inquiries, manage labor relations, and resolve conflicts.Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations in France and the Netherlands, advising management on compliance matters and proposing necessary adjustments to HR policies and procedures.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness.Participate in the development and implementation of projects and new procedures in the People area.REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in HR, Labor Relations, Business Administration, Law, or related field.Previous HR experience, preferably in the hospitality and/or retail sector.Advanced level of English, both spoken and written.Advanced level of French and/or Dutch is a plus, both spoken and written.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to work independently and in a team.WHAT WE OFFER Opportunity to be part of a young, rapidly expanding company with endless opportunities to learn.Full-time permanent contract.Young and highly motivated work environment.Possibility of hybrid teleworking.Great coffee at all times.#J-18808-Ljbffr
