We are looking for a professional Human Resources, hands-on, proactive person and strongly people oriented with a passion for Fashion and International environment.As a part of the HR TEAM you will be working closely with the product teams having overall responsibility for all HR policies and practices within your section.Main responsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent AcquisitionBe responsible for the overall recruitment process of profiles related to Retail headofficeManage the recruiting process, including the sourcing, screening, interview and hiring process for all positions develop a pipeline of talent for the business, aligned to the vision of the BrandBuild strong pipelines to attract and engage top candidatesEnsure a seamless and welcoming onboarding process for new hires, setting them up for successWork closely with other HR teams (HR Business Partners, Comp&Ben, Learning&Development) to guarantee fluency and consistency of the recruiting process from start to end; Culture & Employee EngagementBe a Brand Ambassador, conveying the Brand philosophy and values, to effectively support in the recruitment of high calibre candidatesPlan and execute team-building activities, company-wide events, and celebrationsRegularly gather employee feedback and implement initiatives to improve satisfaction and productivityKnowledge and SkillsAt least 5 years of experience within a structured international company or recruiting agency.The knowledge of the Fashion&Luxury industry and/or of the recruitment of Retail profiles (STORE, Collection/Merch/IT/Finance/E-commerce) is a must; Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and engaged as well as be able of being an ambassador of the Brand.
Proactive problem solver, creative, team-oriented with strong communication skills and comfortable with dynamic and fast paced environment.Fluent in English and Spanish as other languages will be highly valuable.
