Overview : As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in recruiting top talent, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
Your mission includes: Recruiting new professionals across various areas of the company, including internships for university students.
Handling all necessary paperwork and documentation for onboarding and offboarding employees.
Managing temporary leave processes, such as sickness and maternity leave.
Tracking career progression and maintaining up-to-date information on employee roles and evaluations.
Monitor probation periods and notify relevant supervisors.
Internal meetings with different areas of the company regarding HR needs.
Update the employee database with any changes.
Record and report payroll incidents and information for Social Security.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Pedagogy, Labor Relations, or a related field.
Alternatively, a degree in Business Administration.
High proficiency in English Skills (C1) Knowledge of business economics and personnel administration is a plus.
