Job Overview and Responsibilities: This role provides pivotal support to the HR Manager/Director and Business Leadership in their assigned countries by supporting them in aligning day-to-day HR activities with the business needs and goals.
This role will coordinate with the HR Centers of Excellence (COE) to leverage capabilities in support of our HR initiatives and coordinate daily operational HR activities.
As a part of the role, the HR Rep will provide centralized HR Operations support to their assigned countries, which includes creating and managing centralized HR Operations processes such as sickness absence reporting, invoice processing, onboarding, offboarding, People Soft data management, etc.
Provide support to HR life cycle processes for their assigned countries, including the creation and management of onboarding and offboarding processes, sickness absence reporting/management, and other relevant HR Operations activities.Provide day-to-day HR support including leadership coaching, policy guidance and interpretation, and driving resolution to inquiries in assigned client groups and countries, demonstrating the ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision.Work with the local recruiter on hiring needs for stakeholders, supporting best practice hiring.Manage employee database to ensure accurate organizational structure and employee data is maintained in People Soft and employee master trackers.Provide support to employees and leaders in various HR-related topics such as leave management, insurance renewals, compensation, etc., and manage employee relations activity from outset to completion according to local legislation.Support the HR director/manager in the delivery of new initiatives and be the first point of contact for assigned countries.This position is offered on local terms and conditions.
Expatriate assignments and sponsorship for employment visas, even on a time-limited visa status, will not be awarded.
Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.2+ years of relevant experience in HR (from benefits administration, performance reviews, employee relations matters, invoices, onboarding, etc.
).Attention to detail with good analytical and process management skills.Knowledge of local labor laws.Ability to travel internationally.Must be legally authorized to work in the European Union for any employer without sponsorship.Must be fluent in English (written and spoken).Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification.Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position.Preferred: Master's degree.Previous experience supporting multiple countries/international experience.Experience in handling countries in the Middle East, India, and Africa.Experience supporting frontline groups of employees.Any other European language.Equal Opportunity Employer - Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabled/LGBT
