Multinational company in the chemical industry.As our HR Payroll Manager, you'll be at the forefront of optimizing HR operations and service delivery across Iberia.
This pivotal role involves overseeing day-to-day HR activities, operationalizing HR policies, and coordinating with local C&B providers to maximize collaboration and partnership.Accountabilities Operationalizing and implementing the global HR related initiatives.Coordinate and maximize collaboration with the local C&B providers.Ensure compliance of the HR operations with the labour and fiscal law and regulations.Analise, preview and mitigate potential compliance risks.Streamline HR processes for improved efficiency.Oversee HR data integrity and security.Generate and analyse HR metrics and reports.Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.Lead and develop the HR operations team.Collaborate with other HR functions.Act as a point of escalation for complex HR issues.Project leading when required.Knowledge, Experience & CapabilitiesRequired Knowledge & Technical CapabilitiesIn-depth understanding of Spanish labor laws and regulations.Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices and emerging trends.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools (e.G., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Advanced Excel).Project management expertise, with a track record of successful implementations.Required Experience7+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.High level of English.Proven track record in managing payroll processes for a large, complex organization.Experience in implementing and optimizing HRIS systems.Demonstrated success in process improvement and automation initiatives.History of collaborating with external vendors and managing service level agreements.Experience in a multinational environment, preferably with exposure to global HR practices.The recruitment process will start in January 2025.
