Human Resources Manager

Job Duties:1? Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment and hiring process, ensuring we attract and retain the best talent; 2?Employee Relations: Address and resolve employee issues, ensuring a harmonious working environment; 3.?Training & Development: Design and oversee training programs to enhance staff skills and foster growth; Benefits & Compensation: Administer employee benefits and ensure competitive compensation packages; Legal Compliance: Ensure all HR policies and practices are compliant with federal, state, and local regulations; Performance Management: Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems; HR Strategy: Contribute to the company's strategy meetings and advise on HR implications of business decisions; Culture & Engagement: Drive initiatives that improve our workplace and promote company culture.Candidates Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Master's degree or HR certification is a plus; Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience, preferably within the manufacture industry; Comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws; Exceptional interpersonal communication and management skills; Proven ability to oversee and manage HR metrics; Strong knowledge of HR and payroll systems; Ability to handle data with confidentiality; Proven track record of developing and mentoring staff to higher performance; Proficient in reading, writing and speaking Spanish and English.
