What your future position looks like:
This pivotal role involves acting as a strategic HR leader to shape and drive recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals. You will partner with key stakeholders to influence and support our Series B fundraising efforts and strategically guide HR practices to support and sustain our rapid growth.
Your main missions will include:
HR Team Leadership: Strategically guide HR team development and ensure alignment of HR initiatives with organisational objectives.Talent Development: Develop and oversee strategies for performance management, Learning & Development, and succession planning.Compliance & Payroll: Formulate and enforce policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and manage compensation and benefits strategies.Recruitment Strategy: Create and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract and retain top talent and optimize hiring processes.Employee Relations: Develop strategies to manage employee relations and foster a positive organisational culture.Strategic Partnership: Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational strategy and lead HR-driven change initiatives.Diversity & Inclusion: Formulate and champion strategies to promote diversity and inclusion across the organisation.HR Technology: Oversee strategic management of HR systems and tools, ensuring data integrity and security.You will be a good fit to join us if you:
Have 6+ years of HR experience, especially in startups or SaaS environments.Have a proven ability to scale HR functions and teams during growth phases.Are experienced in managing HR operations in international and cross-cultural settings.Can develop and execute strategic HR initiatives while adapting to changing needs.Are committed to driving diversity and inclusion within the organization.Have expertise in optimising HR systems and ensuring data accuracy.Demonstrate strong leadership and mentorship skills in guiding HR teams.Are skilled in creating and implementing effective talent development and performance programs.We'd love to have you join us for many reasons, such as:
