ResponsibilitiesAlign business objectives with employees and management, providing HR guidance.Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.Maintain in-depth knowledge of Spanish (and LATAM) legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, partnering with legal support when needed.Partner with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention.Develop HR-related policies and procedures.Advise on talent development and organizational changes.Provide guidance on workforce planning and support in budgeting.Support management in Talent Development and Culture projects.Cultivate and enhance the employer brand to attract and retain top talent, fostering a positive and compelling reputation in the job market.Your ProfileBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
