Human Resources Business Partner

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in India.If you are an HR professional passionate about organizational development and ready for an exciting international adventure, we want you on our team!TR India is a fully owned subsidiary of Tecnicas Reunidas with multiple locations across India.TR India works for multiple projects executed worldwide by Tecnicas Reunidas and the continuous increasing work and organization requires HR organization to growth as well to attend the operational demands.Responsibilities:Reporting to the TR India Country HR Manager and working closely to the Operations ManagerWill plan, develop and implement HR strategies that support branch objectives and goals in line with company policies.Master's degree in international human resource management / Equivalent.Responsible of the achievement of the HR Branch KPIs.Own the entire process in the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit of the employees of the branch.Support the HR Ops Team in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience.Manage day-to-day HR-related as well as the assigned HR team to coordinate, support, and implement HR actions.Coordination with Head Office HR leaders in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.Address complex employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.Identify training needs and support career development and employee engagement initiatives.Assist in the execution of performance management systems and processes.Support organizational change initiatives.Requirements:Availability to relocate to Chennai, India.Proficiency in Spanish and English.5 to 8 years of experience as HR Generalist and / or HRBPExceptional written, verbal communication, interpersonal skills.Hands on approach and problem-solving skills.Ability to work both independently and as an integral member of various teams along withAbility to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.High level of discretion – ability to deal with highly confidential information appropriately.Understanding of labour law and HR processes (in international environments will be a plus)Experience working in an entrepreneurial environment requiring multi-tasking abilities.Flexibility to adapt to an international environment and work in Chennai, India.We offer:Outstanding salary packages according to valueAttractive relocation packagesPremium medical insuranceInternational exposureDynamic working environmentCareer development#J-18808-Ljbffr
