Our Client From Randstad Professionals, we are recruiting for the role of HR Advisor for one of our client companies in the industrial sector, located in Madrid. Your Functions Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks: Participate in leading best practices, designing, and implementing practical HR solutions to business issues, together with the rest of the HR Team. Provide first-class advice service to managers and directors, using effective coaching techniques to ensure managers are equipped to support their teams effectively. Play an active part in training needs analysis, organizing Learning and Development events and post-evaluation. Assist with policy development and issues to ensure best practices. Identify areas where HR interventions are required to improve business performance. Undertake ad hoc research projects and perform analysis to create reports and highlight recommendations. Acquire deep training in all the administrative procedures existing in the HR Department: time and attendance control, payroll, taxes, audits, labor contracts, training plans, etc. Oversee disciplinary and grievance caseload at all levels of the policy, providing support with the investigation and hearing. This may include dismissal hearings when nominated by the Human Resources Manager. Provide statistical information and analysis to management when required. Support HR Manager and the wider HR team when required. Plan and coordinate HR initiatives using both internal and external resources, together with the rest of the HR Team. Manage, when required, multiple projects and caseloads to often tight deadlines. Position Requisites Formación : Licenciado: Derecho Idiomas : Inglés: C1 Conocimientos : Workday, alto dominio del paquete Office Experiencia : 7 años The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements: Fluent English language skills (written and verbal). CIPD Chartered status or equivalent qualification. Degree in Law will be an asset. Significant experience in human resources and employee relations in an industrial environment. Good level of communication and influencing skills. Ability to manage multiple/conflicting priorities and deliver to deadlines.
