The successful person will report into our HR Shared Services Manager.Overall responsibility:Contract administration - ensure contracts and addendums are kept up to date with the local legislation and that all the required documents are requested.HR data - ensure employee data changes and absences are included in the HRIS system.Manage and keep track of all staff movements in terms of global mobility (contracts/tax with HR HQ). Keep relevant depts informed.Employee documentation compliance - perform documentation audits to ensure compliance with local practices/legislation.Long term service awards/other company initiatives - oversee and manage the local operations and communication.Support the mitigation of background screening reports.Respond to local authorities requests and support internal and external audits.Required Skills:Solid HR background with advisory experience in a fast paced, professional services or sales environment (Financial Services ideal but not essential).Highly responsive, organised and results orientated, meets deadlines.Excellent communicator with highly developed written and interpersonal skills in English; Spanish language will be considered a plus.Flexible, resourceful and highly adaptable.Works on own initiative, gets things done, team player.Ability to influence senior management, confident and able to gain credibility.About Us:Ebury is a FinTech success story, positioned among the fastest-growing international companies in its sector.
