Position: Human Resources Administration The impact you will have As Human Resources Administrative, you will be the first point of contact for HR-related inquiries from employees and external HR Providers.
As Human Resources Administration, you will report to the HR Manager and you will be responsible for administering multiple areas of HR and rewards programs including: HR employment issues related to hiring, termination, contracts, retirement, etc.
Personnel records maintenance pertaining to benefits, compensation, leaves of absence, retirement, etc.
Maintenance and administration of HRIS Statistical reporting to internal management Compensation & benefits program administration May select and manage HR outsourcing vendors May be involved in planning, organizing, and developing training curricula, materials, and programs Managing delivery of internal and external training Annual HR activities calendar Internal event management Support to HR Global (meetings assistance and local deployment of global HR Projects) Other HR Administration activities The skills you will need Highly self-motivated and autonomous Ability to collaborate and work as one team Ability to work in a fast-moving and dynamic environment Organizational skills with strong follow-through and attention to detail Ability to analyze data and deliver findings, as well as establish and track metrics Good understanding of organizational goals and objectives Relevant Experience and Education: Bachelor's Degree in Labour Relations or similar education More than 3 years of experience Background in Administration Practical knowledge of local and provincial labor laws High level of interpersonal, communication, and mentoring skills Advanced computer skills with proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Experience with HRIS High level of English (C1) What we will offer in return You will support our vision to be the most trusted partner in driving healthier outcomes for people facing mobility challenges.
