Reporting to the Operation &HR Head EU region, you will work in an international environment (English required) and play an active role in the business expanding. Responsibilities Manage HR topics for our subsidiaries in France and the UK independently Maintain and operate end-to-end process of Global Mobility, including immigration and personal income tax topics etc. Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and other various HR-related topics Assist management in employee relationship Optimize and streamline internal business-related operational processes, and ensure that everything runs smoothly Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations and reports Manage company meeting & business calendar, organizing meetings, maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, release and to-do lists follow up Other administrative work like contract mgmt., internal workflow design and optimization, employee care and company culture activities etc. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields Over 3 years of experience as HRBP, HR assistant or HR associate Familiar with HR practices Business-oriented mindset and excellent communication and coordination skills Proficient in using HRIS systems (SF) and data analysis English as the working language
