Reporting to the Operation &HR Head EU region, you will work in an international environment (English required) and play an active role in the business expanding.ResponsibilitiesManage HR topics for our subsidiaries in France and the UK independentlyMaintain and operate end-to-end process of Global Mobility, including immigration and personal income tax topics etc.Maintaining physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and other various HR-related topicsAssist management in employee relationshipOptimize and streamline internal business-related operational processes, and ensure that everything runs smoothlyFormat information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations and reportsManage company meeting & business calendar, organizing meetings, maintaining comprehensive and accurate records, release and to-do lists follow upOther administrative work like contract mgmt., internal workflow design and optimization, employee care and company culture activities etc.QualificationsBachelor's degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fieldsOver 3 years of experience as HRBP, HR assistant or HR associateFamiliar with HR practicesBusiness-oriented mindset and excellent communication and coordination skillsProficient in using HRIS systems (SF) and data analysisEnglish as the working language
