We hope the information you find here encourages you to apply so we can get to know you and stay connected.Job PurposeAnalyse and mitigate crew fatigue within the company's operations using data analysis and biomathematical models, following established safety protocols and regulations, to ensure the highest operational safety and efficiency levels.Main Responsibilities - TasksAnalyse crew schedules using biomathematical models.Collaborate with the programming department to modify crew schedules.Propose adjustments to crew schedules based on fatigue analysis.Conduct investigations into fatigue cases, and generate detailed monthly fatigue reports.Main RelationshipsProgramming- ITFly Data MonitoringOperationsHREducationA degree in Engineering, Data, or related fields is highly valued.ExperienceBackground in aviation or related fields, with a focus on safety, data analysis, or operational roles within the aviation sector, is highly valued.Preferred experience working with Safety Management Systems (SMS).Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights for improving crew scheduling and mitigating fatigue.CompetenciesCommunication skills for conveying ideas clearly.Ability to assess and interpret data to make informed decisions.Knowledge of Python programming language.LanguagesBasic English proficiency is preferred.Spanish C1LocationViladecans HQ - BarcelonaLevelIndividual Contributor 5#J-18808-Ljbffr
