The role: We are seeking an experienced Human and Organisational Performance (HOP) safety professional to work with our high profile client onsite in Spain.
As part of a team, you will help to create a new culture within the organisation, manage the execution of the safety strategy and integrate safety elements throughout its operations.
Responsibilities:
Develop a process to evaluate internal requirements and deliver inline with HOP methodology.Build partnerships with key stakeholders in order to support integration and adoption of safety capacity strategy.Establish monitoring systems and make recommendations for enhancements.Develop, implement and support the implementation of the HOP culture across the site.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as health and safety.Two years plus direct HOP experience.Bilingual in English and Spanish.
